Our handcrafted Signature Flaky Teochew Orh Nee Yam Mooncake is a divine symphony, blending the luscious creaminess of velvety smooth Orh Nee filling with the delicateness of a flaky Teochew pastry crust.

The pure orh nee yam paste is made from yams imported from overseas and is cooked for over four hours, a traditional must-have during the Mid-Autumn Festival celebration.

  • Keep in a cool and dry place, away from heat and direct sunlight. Avoid placing them in car boots.
  • Keep in the freezer at -12°C or below within 1 day of purchase, for up to 30 days.
  • Keep in the chiller between 0°C to 4°C within 1 day of purchase, for up to 5 days.
  • Defrost in ambient temperature for 2-3 hours if it is removed from the freezer. Heat up in a pre-heated oven at 110°C to 130°C for 8 to 10 minutes to best enjoy the mooncake.
