Specialising in dim sum and mooncakes, his masterful repertoire has delighted the most discerning taste buds of overseas and local customers, during his tenure in international five- and six-star hotels in Jakarta and Singapore.
Environment and decor was cosy and nicely done. All the dishes looked appetising and tasted very fresh and good!

Everything was done with a touch of perfection and we were greeted with a scrumptious spread of dim sum.

I especially love the orh nee tarts where the ratio of yam to the delicate tart was very well balanced.
