Chef Wong handcrafts every piece of this one himself.

The purple sweet potato paste is naturally sweet and slightly earthy, prepared slow and steady the way he always does it, and right at the centre, a salted egg lava that breaks and spreads the moment you bite in, savoury against the sweetness of the potato. All of it wrapped in a flaky Teochew crust that gives way in thin, crisp layers before you reach the filling.

Limited quantities each season. Available until 25 September 2026, while stocks last.

Ordering and delivery

  • Islandwide delivery, $16.35 per order (incl. GST), or free self-collection at 4 Maju Avenue, Serangoon Gardens
  • Choose your delivery or collection date at checkout
  • Also available at our Takashimaya, VivoCity and NEX booths until 25 September

  • Keep in a cool and dry place, away from heat and direct sunlight. Avoid placing them in car boots.
  • Keep in the freezer at -12°C or below within 1 day of purchase, for up to 30 days.
  • Keep in the chiller between 0°C to 4°C within 1 day of purchase, for up to 5 days.
  • Defrost in ambient temperature for 2-3 hours if it is removed from the freezer. Heat up in a pre-heated oven at 110°C to 130°C for 8 to 10 minutes to best enjoy the mooncake.
